On the afternoon of the 28th, the Guangzhou Vocational School of Tourism and Business also welcomed the 23 foreign teachers and students. They tasted Chinese and Western pastries and prepared snacks for Chinese students and learned about coffee and traditional Chinese tea culture.

After tasting the snacks, teachers and students of the Hungarian-Chinese Bilingual School entered the classroom, learning the history and culture of coffee from Li Weiwei, China Coffee Contest judge and teacher of the department of tourism, and experienced the unique charm of coffee. In the interactive session, the students of the Hungarian-Chinese Bilingual School and local students formed a group and participated in the "Scent of Coffee" contest, which enhanced understandings from both sides. After the contest, the students also took out their mobile phones and added each other on WeChat.

Li Weiwei said, "The reason why the coffee culture experience class will be arranged today is that coffee is a good carrier of international cultural exchanges. It will be a more intimate experience for the Hungarian students and will bring the students closer. At the same time, after a year of training, coffee major students have become more confident with an international vision when they communicate with foreigners."

In the afternoon tea art experience class, the teachers and students of the tea school learned to pick spring tea, experience tea art and feel the charm of tea culture under the guidance of tea artists, and teachers from the school explained in detail the classification of tea and the classification of tea sets and demonstration tea brewing.

Tea art is a lifestyle and a form of traditional etiquette. Throughout the process of experiencing tea art, students also experienced traditional Chinese etiquette. A Chinese-born girl from the Hungarian-Chinese Bilingual School who grew up in Hungary and has currently returned to Guangzhou told reporters that she drinks tea almost every day. When she drinks tea in the morning with her family, she always prepares tea for her elders, but this has been the first time for her to get in contact with professional tea art culture.

This year marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, as well as the establishment of Sino-Hungarian diplomatic relations. These outstanding Hungarian students can act as a bridge to promote friendship between China and Hungary. A teacher from the Hungarian-Chinese Bilingual School, Yang Yihui, explained that the Hungarian-Chinese Bilingual School was founded for local overseas Chinese children, but after the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, more and more Hungarian parents started sending their children to the school, and currently 60% of the school's students are Hungarian while 40% are from Chinese families.

Yang Yihui also said, "After ten days of exchanges and studies in China, the Chinese language proficiency of the children has been greatly improved, and they got a great opportunity to learn Chinese traditional culture closely. The Hungarian Foreign Minister also once said at the school that young people are the link between Hungary and China to maintain long-term friendly relations."

The 2019 Hungarian Youth Cultural Tour in Southern Guangdong, first held in 2017, is part of a series of international youth communication activities organized by the Guangdong People`s Association For Friendship With Foreign Countries.
